House Rules & Conditions of Stay

1. 01

   Check-in and check-out

   • Check-in: between 15:00 and 20:00.
   • Check-out: by 10:00 in the morning.
   • Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
2. 02

   Guest registration and tourist tax

   • Under Slovenian law, we are required to register all guests. Upon arrival we will need a valid ID (identity card or passport) for each guest.
   • The tourist and promotional tax is charged in accordance with the current Municipality of Piran decree and is not included in the room rate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

   Number of guests

   • A maximum of 8 persons may stay in the accommodation.
   • Overnight stays by additional, unregistered persons are not permitted. Please arrange any extra guests in advance with the host.
4. 04

   Quiet hours

   • The house is located in the dense old town centre; please observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00 and be considerate of neighbours.
   • Loud music and noisy behaviour on the terrace during night-time hours are not permitted.
5. 05

   Parties and events

   • Organising parties, social events or receptions on the premises is not permitted.
6. 06

   Smoking

   • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
   • Smoking is permitted on the terrace; please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated receptacle.
7. 07

   Pets

   • Pets are welcome exclusively by prior arrangement with the host.
   • The owner is responsible for their pet and for any damage it may cause.
8. 08

   Wellness — sauna and jacuzzi

   • Please shower briefly before using the sauna and jacuzzi.
   • Do not use glass cups or vessels in the wellness area.
   • Children must use the wellness area under adult supervision only.
   • Do not use the sauna or jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol; follow the recommended sauna times.
   • Please cover the jacuzzi with the lid after use.

   Terrace

   • Please pay attention to your own safety and the safety of children on the terrace.
   • Do not move furniture or equipment over the railing, and do not place objects on its edge.
10. 10

    Energy and water conservation

    • Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the premises.
    • Do not operate the air conditioning with windows or doors open.
    • Please use water and energy responsibly — together we care for the environment.

    Waste disposal

    • Please sort your waste (mixed waste, packaging, paper, glass, organic waste) and dispose of it in the appropriate bins as instructed by the host.

    Security and keys

    • Please lock the front door and close the windows every time you leave.
    • Report any lost or damaged key to the host immediately; the cost of a replacement key or lock is borne by the guest.

    Parking and access

    • The old town centre of Piran is a pedestrian zone with restricted access (ZTL). Parking is available at the Fornače or Arze car parks, from where a free bus runs to the town centre.
    • We are happy to arrange a private transfer or advise on parking — please contact us.
14. 14

    Liability and damages

    • Please treat the equipment and inventory with care and responsibility.
    • Report any damage to the host immediately. Damage caused intentionally or through negligence is to be compensated by the guest.
    • The owner is not liable for guests' personal belongings or for injuries resulting from failure to comply with the house rules.
15. 15

    Prohibited

    • Use of candles, incense and open flames indoors.
    • Moving furniture between rooms without the host's permission.
    • Any conduct contrary to applicable law.
16. 16

    Violations of the house rules

    • In the event of serious or repeated violations of the house rules, the host may terminate the stay early without a refund.
