Vivoda Deluxe is a stone townhouse in the pedestrian heart of old Piran — four floors, restored to keep the stone walls and timber beams while adding the comfort of today.
The house takes its name from its street, which honours Alma Vivoda (1911–1943), an antifascist from Chiampore near Muggia who carried messages between Trieste and the partisans of Istria. Killed in Trieste in June 1943, she is remembered as the first woman partisan to fall in the Italian Resistance. Our name is a quiet tribute to the street — and to her.

Piran's old town is a pedestrian zone with restricted access. You can park at the Fornače or Arze car parks, from where a bus runs to the town centre (ticket €1).
The house is in the old town: Tartini Square is a 3-minute walk, the beach 4 minutes, and cafés and restaurants are just around the corner.
Yes. We arrange private chauffeur-driven transfers from Trieste, Ljubljana, Venice and Pula airports, as well as guided excursions around Slovenia.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement with the host.
The tourist and promotional tax is charged according to the Municipality of Piran decree and is not included in the nightly rate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
